Message	How and where was the alarm power supply routed? - If tapped into an existing circuit, a thief just has to short that circuit and blow the fuse. - If on a direct line (with a fuse) from the battery, a thief just has to find & short the wire. Was there a backup battery? - It's possible to disconnect the oem battery without opening the hood. Where was the siren mounted and where was the siren wire routed? - If the wire runs through the fenderwell, or is accessible from underneath the engine bay, then it's pretty much useless. This is just off the top of my head... I'm sure there are dozens of other ways to steal a car. Check the passenger fender liner to see if it has been pulled out.
